All ad spots are NON REFUNDABLE once the ads are placed on the website. You are responsible for knowing your companies advertising rules. If you leave close shop or leave the company while your ad is still active, you will not be issued a refund. We are also not responsible for companies changing their advertising rules at anytime during your ad being active, therefore, you will not receive a refund. |
