How do I prevent my cat from urinating and defecating in your career?
This question is about my new cat, Vincent. Recently, I've taken (was a stray dog to animal control), and hates his carrier. He hates even when I turn on my car! He cries all the time and trying to win. Worst of all, he had defecated in his career and once urinated and defecated at the time. It's horrible for both of us! I have cleaned everything, and then you take a bath, making it even more annoying it already is. Any suggestions to relieve stress or reduce the disposal of the company? I did not take him in the car …. These incidents are just fun for visits to / from the vet. It's a good boy in the trash at home though.
I just toured the country by car with my 2 cats in cages. Here are some tips. Make sure the company is new and does not smell like another animal. It leaves open at home and allow you to explore yourself. My cat took a while to get used to, but now, when airlines are out, up and nap or in your bathroom because it is a comfortable place. If you take a longer journey, not feed your cat for 10 to 12 hours before departure. Stressed animals lose their appetite and eat only a couple of bites each day while traveling. Finally, make sure the carrier is big enough for him to get up and back – no more! An animal does not go to the bathroom where you sleep. Put a thick blanket between the lower part of his career and Car Seat reduce vibration. Make sure you are out of direct sunlight and glare, too. If all else fails, ask your vet about giving a little Benadryl to calm him down before traveling. Good luck!
